Aging is an honor, a sacred silver.
This collection of images follows women over the age of fifty who are living their lives in radical ways. The title is metaphorical for change, at the beach you never step in the same water twice. Like the ocean, women's bodies are a catalyst for change.
Nothing in life grows without the nourishment of water. As women, the water in our womb creates and supports life; we are the creators and the creation.
The question here is who do we honor as a society? The Maiden, the Mother or the Crone? And is it possible to uplift and revere all three?
